Linda Michaels, was founded in 1979.  Linda Michaels goal is to offer the highest quality Petoskey stone, Greenstone,  Lake Superior Agate, other Michigan stone jewelry, and gifts. Based on customer requests our designs are made in fine metals and when you are looking for gallery quality, unique designs, that your friends won’t have, Linda Michaels  web site and bricks and mortar store should be your first choice.

INVENTORY ON HAND….. Except for neck chains, Wee Forest Folk mice, and Chamilia type beads …….the products for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. Another shopper, either, on-line or in our bricks and mortar store may have recently purchased the item. Therefore, it is necessary for our on-line customers to understand that the availability of the products on our web site are subject to prior sale. The shopping cart is for your convenience, and will only keep track of what you want to order. Every effort has been made to describe stone colors and sizes, but, may vary from the pictures on our site. Petoskey stone is a natural material and every effort is made to match stones, but, due to these facts, the stones may not be identical.

PAYMENT TERMS…. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and all transactions must be in U.S. funds. We prefer to process sales with Mastercard,  Visa, Discover Card, or American Express. We do so on our in-house terminal for our convenience and your security. Credit card orders must include: [A.] the card type, [B.] account number, [C.] expiration date, and [D.] the [3] digit code on the rear of the card, near the signature line. Orders will be shipped within two [2] business days. NOTE: International buyers must make payment in U.S. funds and will be charged an additional amount for shipping depending upon the destination.

RETURNS and AUTHORIZATIONS…. Customers must first receive authorization before items can be returned. The receipt or invoice, credit card type and number, the 3 digit code on card rear, card expiration date,  the date of purchase, and a description of the item[s] to be returned are required. After authorization is approved, the item[s] can be returned to Linda Michaels. The cost of return shipping and sufficient insurance, which is required, will be the customers responsibility. A copy of the receipt must be included with the return. Returns may be made up to ten [10] days after ordering. No shipping charges will be refunded and refunds must go back on the original charge account card. Returns must be postmarked within forty eight [48] hours of notification to return. The gifts and jewelry must have all tags and packaging in good condition, attached and intact. Jewelry must be unworn and will be inspected for nicks, scratches or any other wear. Exchanges will be accepted under the above conditions.

SHIPPING and INSURANCE…. In the continental U.S.A. Linda Michaels ships via U.S. Postal Service. First class mail or Priority Mail are the norm. Express Mail is an option and an up charge.  All packages are sent insured and signature is required. Linda Michaels insures every package over $20.00 U.S. If merchandise is to be shipped outside the U.S.A please note you will be charged additional amounts for shipping, depending upon the destination. The following chart, in general terms, will apply to “standard” packages. Shipping over one [1] pound or oversized boxes will have a surcharge.

PRIVACY STATEMENT…. Linda Michaels will not provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, buying habits, or any other personal information, including but not limited to, credit card information to anyone, anywhere, EVER, unless we have your prior approval, unless such information is required by law. Customers, may however, give to Linda Michaels their e-mail address to be advised of new products, sales, or other special events.

OTHER SERVICES…. Free Gift wrapping can be requested for most items, excluding over-sized boxes. Each item will be in a gift box, excluding over-sized items.
